Not happy with your purchase? You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
• Product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Innerwear and items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• For size exchanges (shirts/t-shirts), the requested size is subject to availability.
How to Request a Return
Email asmarketingservices681@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 98112 31522 with your Order ID, the item you wish to return, and the reason (photos help for damaged/wrong items). Our team will arrange a reverse pickup where available.
Refunds
• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality check.
• COD orders: refunded via bank transfer/UPI within 5–7 business days after quality check.
Damaged / Wrong Item Received?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
